Microsol welcomes the Inkawasi Soluciones SAC (Inkasol) and the Center for Social Assistance Promotion (CAPSOCIAL) as the operators selected through the Competitive Selection Process (CSP) that was carried out as part of the implementation of the Tuki Wasi project.

This process began on June 30 and included a stage for receiving questions and an informative talk that allowed interested organisations to clarify any doubts about their application.

Inkasol is a company based in the province of Ferreñafe, in the region of Lambayeque, dedicated to distributing electrical services by manufacturing solutions for domestic use. They have been operating since 2012, collaborating with different organisations to implement various clean and efficient cooking projects in the country.

In their proposal, they plan on building Inkasol cookstove models. Their intervention area will cover the regions of La Libertad, Lambayeque, and Piura. However, they first plan to start with cookstove installation in the province of Sánchez Carrión in La Libertad.

On the other hand, CAPSOCIAL has its headquarters in the Province of Huancayo in the region of Junín and provides different social support services to rural communities. Among its activities is the development of capacities building projects to improve children’s nutrition, promote sustainable production systems and equip rural homes.

They propose to install the Wanka Tullpa cookstove model because its cast iron components have high durability. CAPSOCIAL will focus its activities in the provinces of Huánuco, Pachitea, and Ambo, all in the region of Huanuco.

We thank all the organisations that applied to this process and ask them to remain alert for future calls for proposals.
