Sustainable projects

Microsol applies its know-how to develop sustainable projects to help rural communities in Latin America fight climate change. We ensure that these initiatives fall under a sustainable framework to make sure they are maintained over time.

We partner with different actors in the private and public sector to carry out these sustainable initiatives.

Services provided include a thorough review of available documentation and databases; and data collection using qualitative methods with key stakeholders in Lima and four additional regions (Huanuco, Ucayali, San Martin, and Ayacucho).

USAID

French Development Agency (AFD)

Study to find out definition of the content and modalities of AFD financing.

Summary: This Microsol's study aimed to define the content and modalities of implementing and monitoring the French Development Agency's financing scheme for Agrobanco Peru. The objective was also to define a roadmap to implement an Environmental and Social Risk Management System.

The study also identified probable weaknesses related to the implementation and monitoring of AFD financing, so it concluded with the proposal to design a possible training and technical cooperation program.
